近日，潤邦股份旗下德國KOCH公司宣布與客戶正式簽約，將為阿聯(lián)酋某重大項目提供全球最大的門式刮板堆取料機及堆場皮帶輸送系統(tǒng)。此次合作標志著KOCH在大型散料處理領(lǐng)域再次突破技術(shù)邊界，以創(chuàng)新工程能力引領(lǐng)行業(yè)變革。

其中兩臺新型門式堆取料機的軌距71.25米，取料能力高達4,000噸每小時。該設(shè)備基于KOCH（前蒂森克虜伯物料輸送業(yè)務(wù)單元）于2014年交付的四臺同類成熟機型進行了設(shè)計優(yōu)化和升級打造，同時，延續(xù)了其穩(wěn)定可靠的基因。針對項目特殊需求，系統(tǒng)設(shè)計全面契合石油天然氣行業(yè)最高標準，能夠在強腐蝕性海洋環(huán)境與硫磺爆炸性粉塵區(qū)域持續(xù)穩(wěn)定運行。

These two new portal stacker reclaimers, with rail gauge 71.25m, reclaiming capacity reaches 4000tph, build on the proven design of four machines previously delivered by KOCH Solutions (formerly ThyssenKrupp Material Handling Business Unit) in 2014.
